당사에서 생산하는 Grade B1 3롤 저온 ACP 생산 라인은 압출기를 통해 PE 패널을 연속 압출하고 "T"형 다이를 통해 코어 패널 두께를 제어하며 방금 용융 압출된 PE 코어 패널의 온도를 직접 사용하고 폴리머 필름과 알루미늄 시트 코일을 3롤러 캘린더를 통과하여 압출 및 합성한 다음 롤러를 통과하여 냉각 및 성형, 교정기, 트리밍 기계, 필름 라미네이션을 거쳐 최종 절단합니다. 미리 정해진 크기의 샌드위치 알루미늄 복합 패널에 넣습니다.
